How do I contact a seller?⌄
On any listing page, you will find a Call Seller and a WhatsApp button. Clicking Call will open your phone dialler with the seller's number. WhatsApp will open a pre-filled message so you can start the conversation instantly.
Are all listings verified?⌄
Listings from our verified dealers carry a green "Verified Dealer" badge. These dealers have been vetted by our team. Private seller listings are not verified but all users must register with a valid UAE phone number.
How do I know if the price is fair?⌄
Every listing page includes a Finance Calculator. You can also use our AI Price Estimator when placing an ad to see the current UAE market range for any vehicle. Our AI analyses thousands of real transactions to give you an accurate range.
Can I arrange a vehicle inspection?⌄
We recommend always inspecting a vehicle before purchase. We partner with certified inspection centres across the UAE. Contact our support team for a referral.
Placing an Ad
How do I place an ad?⌄
Click "+ Place Your Ad" in the top navigation. You will be offered three options: Place with AI (upload photos and let AI fill the details), Place with VIN (enter your vehicle's VIN number), or Add Manually (fill in all details yourself).
How does the AI listing feature work?⌄
Upload 3 to 10 clear photos of your vehicle. Our AI will analyse them and automatically identify the make, model, trim, year, condition, colour, body type, and engine specifications. You can review and edit any field before publishing.
How long does my listing stay live?⌄
Basic listings are live for 30 days. Featured listings are live for 30 days and appear at the top of search results. Premium listings are live for 60 days and are featured on the homepage.
Is it free to list?⌄
Yes. The Basic listing package is completely free. Featured and Premium packages are paid upgrades that give your listing more visibility.
Account & Safety
How do I create an account?⌄
Click "Log In" in the top navigation, then select "Create Account". You will need a valid email address, a UAE phone number, and to complete a reCAPTCHA verification.
How do I report a suspicious listing?⌄
On any listing page, scroll to the bottom and click "Report this listing". Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Is my personal information safe?⌄
Yes. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Your phone number is only shown to other users when you choose to list a vehicle. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
